There are two basic selling fees on eBay:
- Insertion Fees: a fee charged when you list an item on eBay
- Final Value Fees: a fee charged when your item sells

Insertion fees are the price eBay charges for listing your item for sale.
- Charged to your seller account at the time of listing
- Non-refundable
- Payable even if your item does not sell
- The maximum insertion fee for any Multiple Item listing is AU$3.50 and is based off the total start price.
- If your listing ends without a winning buyer or results in an Unpaid Item (UPI), you may qualify for a credit by re-listing the item. If the item sells the second time, eBay will refund the Insertion fee for the re-listing

Final Value Fees are charged if your item is sold, ends with a winning bid or is purchased. This fee applies whether or not you complete the sale with the buyer.

- The Final Value Fee for a Multiple Item Buy It Now (BIN) listing is calculated per item sold, based on the final sale price of the item

Sellers can also choose from a range of optional features to help increase bids and chances of selling success. Optional feature fees are charged at the time of listing and are non-refundable.
eBay Store package fees

Terms and conditions
- If your seller account is suspended, any outstanding amounts will be due and payable immediately
- eBay reserves the right to immediately charge any amounts, not previously disputed, to the billing method you are using
- Fees pay for the right to sell on eBay. Sellers don’t purchase exclusive rights to Web pages on eBay. eBay may, in our sole discretion and without your consent or payment to you, place third-party advertisements on any Web page within our site
